I can hold for three mins easily but can't get my nose to the floor, I've done it for ages and even done the rocking backwards and forwards. Any suggestions please?
I think the trick to getting your nose down further is to lift your heels. You also want to close the distance between your head and feet as much as possible.
Contrary to what jukcoder and MGKYA said, you don't have to be moving or be on your toes (which makes it easier). Your form was pretty solid. But remember to breathe deeply, counting your breaths which will help you make progress. If you can, try to (gradually) decrease the distance between your feet and your forehead.
I myself can hold a perfect Bridge for a whole 5 minutes with 30 breaths. But that didn't come easily, it took a while to reach that goal.
Thanks. Yeah, I do try to focus on my breathing but I haven't bothered counting them. And closing the head to foot distance too. I slacked off for a while but I'm back up to 3 min. again.
