CCK TCPM 8 Basic Stances presented by the Yellowknife Club, NWT, Canada. Long pauses are placed between each section of the form for the demo purpose.

That's the basic form I teach, I was taught in 1973 in Toronto, by Sifu Tommy Fong.
Do them slowly, and hold the stance as long as possible. I'm still training with these after all these years, they are wonderful.....

pat ta mai pou(i dont know how to write it..) is one of the stances that i enjoyed training :) and i still practice it a lot with my Sifu Li Hon Shui here in Brazil :D

I think it looks good with the Long pauses for demo purpose.

The eight basic stances in my style are similar. My sifu is Joel Beilstien and his teacher is John Loupos.
