  • How much did this amp cost you?

  • All together approx over $4,000 (with the upgraded second bottom straight cab from MojoAmps, Mullard tubes and Heritags Greenbacks.

  • man, those tones you get are straight from those Jimi/Cream records ... awesome amp, and playing

I saw another video on here, where the guy plugged into the bass channel, and got some really nice Black Sabbath tone.

What do you think of the bass channel yourself ?

  • Thanks for the compliments, the bass channel is cool... very round and you won't get any overdrive by itself. I have been working so much but i gotta run thru some more grooves. This combo has been my new all time favorite. Don't know if the Heritage speakers broke in or the Mullards or the Fuzz Face but I pray I don't blow anything up...lol..lol.

  • Silicon or Germanium??

  • The Blue ones are Silicon the red ones are Germanium. (Dunlop) But this is the handwired one that kicks ass. I am not giving it justice coming home rushed playing two second clips. This is also with a new OT and PT from Marshall. I blew up the first ones. BUT I'm glad I did...this combo is more powerful and feels stronger. Might not come across but live you can notice it in the guitar and amp's response.

  • Any idea where I can get the front speaker grill cloth? I want to re-face my 1960 lead with the vintage grey color...

I have found grey speaker cloth on line, but it's thin and see through. Definitely not the same as what's on the vintage TV cabs...

  • Remember! What a classic tune, I had it stuck in my head today. :) I mean both the tune and the head, I'm really considering buying it in the future.

  • The top is the standard one (2061CX) and the bottom is a straight cab I had MOJO amps make as a replica and filled both with Heritage 20 watt Celestion greenbacks.

  • Thank You, yes I amn using both of them. I came home on lunch and just hit a couple cool grooves. I have to post so more this weekend. Thanks again
