This was the year that Batman and I (kylerman) drove over 4500 km round trip up to northern B.C.. This footage is from about a week of Moose hunting back in the bush towards the Bowron Lakes Southeast of Prince George. We Saw porcupine, cyotye, moose, deer, bear, grouse, chipmunk, squirrel, and all kinds of beautiful country. We ended up with two young bulls, and the day we left they took another fair sized bull.

  • is it good moose hunting in region 7:28

  • @thecanadianhunter300 I have not hunted in 7-28 but I would not see why it wouldn't be good hunting there too. Good luck to yah!

  • Yes more people need to hunt to find out how woderful it is to be hand in hand with nature and experience how good REAL meat is.

  • It definitely would help with some of our society character flaws...hunting for the most part should never be frowned apon.

It is a natural and incredibly educational tool as well as a provider of many staples of life.

    Thanks there Tom.

  • we went on a nice huning trip. dad and i got a nice bull 11 by 12 or 11 by 13 forget lol. well we got ours in a swamp 500 yards in. we had a fun adventure whintching it out. cuz we cnat get quad or anythig in there. we gutted on the roadside. skinned at camp. our cmp got 2 bulls. my dad and i and a friend.

  • Awesome, sounds like you guys had a sweet trip. Congrats.

I think that you'll remember the tougher retreives as being some of the best hunts.

  • Hunting up here is awesome but living and hunting here is better muahaha

  • i live in qunel and nice deer i shot 6x5

  • seen hixon in your tags, guessing your in 7-8 or 7-6. I've hunted that country since i was a kid and always had good success. Some of the pure road hunters get skunked in that country because of all the pressure the moose get there, but as long as you put some miles on your boots the hunting there is hard to beat. nice work on your bulls! little ones taste better anyways.

  • I agree with anavidhunter this is the way my family hunts moose and just to add to the cooling factor it can bruise the meat a lot if you drag them out
