your going to high. open your legs the whole time. only bend just alittle like flares. learn to hop on your hands and switch between them. open arms also. don't go to vertical like 90's or 2000's. try doing pikes and massive swipes. don't be afriad to fall. try not to land on elbows unless you can do it from there to the 2nd rotation. over all. you looked like me when I started to do air flares.

get basic moves first. u need more training, doing that will not help. good luck
