hey, is all that stuff with fais eye from an ova episode? like, was that stuff dubbed?

In any case, yes! The OVAs were dubbed, rather recently, actually! You can find the first one and the second one on Amazon to buy them--Funimation did them. The one in which Fai loses his eye is Tokyo Revelations and the other one is Tsubasa: Spring Thunder Chronicles in English.
