  • I hate expertvillage all the videos are chopped up. You have to look throught hundreds to get one simple recepie.

    of you. If I had the means, I'd fly them to North Korea or Iraq to

    cook for and feed the hungry soldiers of those countries. On their

    way back, they can make a side trip to Iran or Afghanistan. Their

    choice. For their humanitarian work, they deserve nothing less.

  • It is crucial to cook any cheesecake in a hot water bath tokeep it from cracking and to make sure it cooks evenly. Spring form pans leak, so a water bath can be tricky that's why I use a pan called the cheesecake moat. I got it off their web site.
