Kicking the Great Jaggi to Death in Monster Hunter Tri

Andrew tries literally kicking the Great Jaggi to death but receives more help than he bargained for from his diminutive sidekick.

Want to try this yourself? Craft the Alloy Armor set and gem it out with Expert Jewels (put a Master Jewel in the headpiece). Put one more Expert Jewel in your weapon (or Charm) and you'll have Critical Eye +3. This gives you an extra 30% Affinity (the probability that your attack will be 1.25x more powerful).

Craft the Tusk Lance+ (or upgrade it to the Sabertooth if you have access to high rank materials) as it's the weapon with the highest Affinity. Don't worry, the materials needed aren't super rare. Your total Affinity is now 70% (85% with the Sabertooth).

Get the Feline Kickboxer skill. This will make your regular kicks deal 5 points of damage (instead of the usual 1) and your critical kicks six points of damage.

Put Cha-Cha in the Lamp Mask (slot whatever skills you like) to ensure he focuses on minions. The Great Jaggie is all yours.

If you need a handicap, bring some Poisoned Meat and try a poison round or two.
