My dog, Ozzie, (Australian Shepherd) does tricks.

My 13-year old Australian Shepherd performs some of his tricks during my visit home. We taught him these tricks when he was a puppy, and unfortunately we don't rehearse the tricks with him often. He knows somewhere between 30-50 tricks and can do deductive reasoning (for example, if a new visitor, Jason, comes to the house, and Ozzie has never seen Jason, we can say, "take the ball to Jason" and he knows that Jason is the visitor since nobody else is named Jason.

So Smart!!! I have an aussie and I hope he looks that good still when he's 13. They are the smartest breed and definitely do have "deductive reasoning. I have never seen markings like ozzie's either! How is he doing now??
