Shari Elliker evaluates home alcohol test strips with the help of 1st Sergeant Tom Woodward of the Maryland State Police and his field sobriety unit.
Producer Matt did 6 shots within two hours. The State Police breathalyzer clearly showed that he was in no shape to drive. The test strip reacted to the presence of alcohol, but was harder to determine the level of alcohol. (Yes, Matt had a ride home after this show)
The Shari Elliker show, 9-noon weekdays on http://wbal.com and AM 1090 WBAL
