guy in wheel chair: "same thing happened to me last week!"

He is obviously flying with a 500 or 550 sq ft chute. I have done this in a single seater that I built and you will STALL and the edges of your chute WILL COLLAPSE ....simply because you are flying way too slow. You can see he was flying less than 20 mph.... he had better get a 400 sq chute and get his speed up or he'll bust his ass everytime he flies. Oh yeah, it hurts when you drop like that and then you have to spend a day fixing your airframe.

Ouch! Get these things rigged right and it could be fun get it wrong ? it's a long way down.

I fly a PD500 on a two seater this was way to lightweight for that chute..

I think it is too big wing for the trike weight. And don't pull the brakes when the glider is not steering.

@awdlax9000 LOL !!

A flying coffin. This one I mean . There are many safe PPC, not this one. Flying mid afternoon or one gusty winds are a wreck .

Are you saying that these machines are made from electrical conduit tubing like you get at home depot? Thanks for any info!

It being made of conduit is what saved him. The frame took all the stress and acted like a shock absorber.
Your right, plus rigged wrong
