Make your own chii ちぃ ears! DIY cosplay ~ by Luleymoon

Chobits ちょびっツ cosplay!
Chii's persocon ears from the anime Chobits!
Make your own! this is challenging but worth it!

You will need:
~ A3 white and pink craft foam
~ scissors
~ glue gun or strong craft glue
~ template

* FYI * this template will need fitting to an A4 piece of paper before printing! try a paper prototype to get the right size! The white section should be 11cm by 15cm.

a white headband to attach them to is optional and you may need a ruler and a pen for tracing!

For attaching the ears to a headband, the template for that is 3 cm in width, the tabs are 2.5 cm long and the middle section is 8 cm long, but it will all depend on how big your template comes out after printing, it may take some trial and error to get the template the right size!

note: i get all my materials and equipment from Hobbycraft in England :)

is the templet supose to be that big o.o... it doesnt seem right for some reason

@gaarazgrl104 as i said in the description the template needs to be resized to an A4 piece of paper before printing, the white section should be 11cm by 15cm.

But i would suggest trying a paper prototype to get the right size! The template scanned in really large, yes, i got your message but if i emailed the image to you it would still be the wrong size ^___^ xx

oh yeah... would be a good idea to some how make them open and close kinda like in the anime. n.n but thats just an idea i was thinkin of

funny you say that becuase i am working on that but they are ALOT harder to make and more liable to breaking, also including the cord coming out makes them more expensive, but it is possible, if i get more requests for it then i might make a video tutorial ^_^ xxx

nice job.. the only problem i see is that when done and going on the head band is they need to me a bit more narrow. but just enough to were it covers the ear. this is a good tamplet just the ears i think need to me a little skinner lookin n.n but if you get a good wig or just really nice hair to go with it and hides your ears well then i think it will still work xD

did you make the connective foam or the headband the right length? if you make that part shorter then the ear will be thinner ^_^ xx
