SANDMAN : FOOL'S GOLD FULL TRAILER

Taken from the abandoned Sandman : Fool's Gold project. This final trailer brings together some elements from all of the footage shot prior to the shut down of production after an entaglement with Warner's Legal Department.

This, non-profit, project was one of the casualties of Warners' clampdown following Sandy Corolla's 'World's Finest' which utilised WB Corporate logo's.

Hopefully, this footage will give you a taste of what could have been...

Well if that man in the gas mask is supposed to be the sandman, i'm pretty disappointed. dream just can't be personated by a human, because he ISN'T human.

Wrong Sandman I'm afraid. This is the Golden Age Character not the Neil Gaiman creation.

Really like the concept here, particularly the use of Benny Goodman in the background. I think that the Golden Agen Sandman is ideal for a gritty noir. I think the best version of the Gas Mask is still the one used in some episode of Smallville (despite how brief that appearance was). Still, I would love to see a full short about this character like the Batman and Green Hornet ones.

Wow I only just stumbled on this. I think it looks great. Not sure about whatever legal issues since fan films are being made all the time, (have you seen Batman City of Scars? holy cow!) but I'd sure encourage you to finish this!

I don't know about Mashdbanana, but my only problem is with the actor playing Westley, his hair doesn't look period....or at the very least it doesn't look like Westley's hair.....but otherwise I wish you'd finished this, it looks cool!

Maybe, 2 years later now, you could finish it under the radar.

I'm assuming you were limited by space. I also had a script idea regarding Bert Christman and the Sandman series, but because Flyboys did so poorly, I'm not really able to pitch it.
