could i use fish oils? instead of vitamin e oils?

fish oil vitamins have vitamin e in them, but im not sure if its as effective as vitamin e.

@dougsan123 hmm i have never really heard of using fish oils on skin.. i've heard of swallowing fish oil pills maybe but i'm not really sure about rubbing it on skin. i would imagine it would stink though lol. bt maybe its worth a try. i am not sure if they would be as effective as Vitamin E though

Hey.. I'm on my 7th week of the Acne.org Regimen and my skin has never been worse. :( My skin purged for the first month and now I have horrible acne scars every where on my face...plus the dryness is absolutely horrible and it's still as bad as the 2nd week on the regimen! I've been so depressed about it because my skin has never been this bad.

So my question is how long did it take for you to become completely clear on the Acne.org regimen? and how did you get rid of the dryness?

@Shibbyy28 oh dang i'm really sorry to hear that. I started the regimen once my face began clearing up when i was on acne pills and used retin a. from there it just cleared up even more. My face became completely clear when i started doing the regimen probaly in a month, month nd a half ish.. They usually say though that it "gets worse before it gets better" so hopefully thats the stage ur in right now. For dryness i used the acne.org moisturizer. that works really good on my skin .

hey i have HORRRRRRIBLE breakouts and im in my last year of highschool :/ i reallly want to get rid of them what was it that you used exactly besides the acne.org regimen . ive been trying to only use natural things on my face, i would LOVE if you could help me out pleaseee :/

Why would you stop using Retin-A? Tretinoin, the ingredient in Retin-A is a VERY powerful anti-aging substance ya know.
