Note that volnessj might be use to his so called "groupies kissing his ass", but the only reason he has those is because he is a great guy. (From what I can tell.)
If your asking volnessj to develop more adult responses, shouldn't you do the same in turn for him so he can understand what the hell you are saying?
Also asking him to be more original? You should know there is theoretically no such thing. As almost every idea is based off something someone else has already tried doing.
