it is the Icon Primer Magnetic Tank Bag, mini dv camera mounted through the V of the top portion of the bag, this does mean the bag goes on backwards, might fit snug through there because it had a wide angle lens on it, also the handstrap was strapped to the bag

yup i hate videos with excessive window noise, i turned wind cut feature on my camera on which might help a little, but the windsheild is probably the main reason heh.turned out good, i need to set that up again for some more videos, i noticed i can even hear my voice talking too using the cameras mic with my helmet on
