I flip it the wrong way and the fuel gush out a bit but i flip it back the other way... do I need to change the air filter? Did i just hose my lawn mower?

@aperez5243 use some kind of penetrating oil on the threads and that will break down the rust then use a 1/2 in drive breaker bar to get it out, then replace the bolt with a stainless steel one.

I got my air filter totally SOAKED with oil, and it starts first pull everytime for some reason..
