  • Awesome stuff. I don't think people realize how hard ropes are.

  • this is great. I started doing something similar with my guys except ive been doing 30 sec work 30 sec jump rope for 5 sets then minute rest. I like it because in the fight your never quite rest stationary ( at least i hope you wouldn't) So it helps the fighter practice recouping while still moving his feet. Also I've been switching muscle groups during the circut Ex. driving off the ground with legs exercise, then a pushing exercise, then a pulling exercise.
