al u need is a crappy board bu good grip. you can use any normal skateboard trucks. plastic sk8 wheels r good but blow out fast. rubber wheels fell so good during slides n sound cool. i nevr had real sliding wheels but the sound so sweet.

what wheels would you put on a skateboard to slide like that? and do you need different trucks than regular skateboard trucks to slidde like that?

You would need the hardest wheels you can find. Generally anywhere upwards of 95a is fine for sliding. Also try and get a wheel around the 60mm size.
