Larissa this video was originally produced to rally our internal teams around our marketing automation rollout at Salesforce. We don't want to endorse one product over another because there are many good options for companies small and large. On the AppExchange you'll find a bunch of solutions including Hubspot, Marketo, Silverpop, Eloqua, ExactTarget and others. Watch the demos, read the user reviews, check out the pricing, and see what option is best for your company.

@jkrayb the flow chart in the video was to illustrate the concept. I would imagine that whatever marketing automation platform you choose will have a visual workflow designer. As I mentioned in the video there are a number of good options. If you visit the AppExchange and click on the Marketing category, you'll see a sub-category for Marketing Automation. You can check out the products and read user reviews.
