This is a great version! You can beat Heroin if you try. I used for a couple of years on and off. kick it by thinking and doing these things: Do I want to be an arsehole all my life?

@Johnnystrychnine Methadone program? Are you replying to my comment, or did you mix it up with someone else's? Maybe you are guessing, and you made a very uneducated guess. I said I wanted back my EMOTIONAL VITALITY. I did NOT say I wanted to be functional but still have a crutch. Methadone can do these things for people who aren't ready to live without a narcotic of some sort, but it can't give you back vitality.

I also never said anything about thumbs up. Got me confused with someone else?

@AdamRainStopper So the methadone program works for you, that's great. I don't expect a prayer to work for you or any body else that does not have a sense of spirituality. It is what I have chosen to do. Have my prayers come true? No, but have I gone back to using? No. And that people have given me a thumbs up, big deal. I give people thumbs up too, is that ok with you? You don't have to give me a thumbs up, you are not being coerced to.
