Gosh this was fun. I'm just getting over a chest infection and been out of my exercise routine for 3days and I'm feeling so unhealthy. Doing this is making me feel a ton better. And it burns, I love it!

I exercise everyday. Since I teach a lot, I really don't have to "work out" so much...one of the perks about being a teacher since I DO the workouts with my clients!! The name of my studio is Hottie Pilates, and my teachers and I workout with our clients- it is a requirement from me. I always want to feel what my clients are feeling!! Besides, people are very visual and our movements are non-stop. Consider working out everyday!!

I don't think it gets any easier!!! When I do this myself, I REALLY do feel the burn...you should work up to doing this twice...that is hard!!

Hi! You look amazing....I'm proud to say I'm 36 and not looking that bad...but you really amazed me...can you tell me please how often you exercise? I'm doing my workouts twice per week...almost 45 minutes each....

Gotta burn the calories to reduce butt fat...You can tone those butt muscles, but the short video is not enough...check out the apps on itunes...just go to hottiepilates, beginner or intermediate...they are amazing workouts!!
