Brian who was part of FTSS is fluent in English because he is a Korean American, having been born and raised in USA. Keep in mind, Byung Hun is fluent in Korean, English, French, Mandarin and is studying Japanese. He has an IQ of 170.

There's a lot of Korean celebs who speak fluent English. Brian, one of them, was born in the US and grew up there. I'm sure my list is incomplete but here's some from the top of my head. Fluent/can speak&comprehend the language.

I love Byung Hun but he's a horrible singer. He is make a new CD this year though. He's fluent in English, Japanese & is learning Mandarin. He has an IQ of 155, that puts him at genious.
