This episode presents the barriers that the population of Autazes face to have access to credit. We argue that an inclusive credit approach and financial education tools are necessary to help people to profit of microcredit programs. Finally, sustainability and biodiversity issues have to be included in the microcredit discussion in the Amazon region in Brazil.

This is the last episode of the series: "Autazes: finance access and local development".
The 4 episodes were created to illustrate the results of a joint research on information and communication technologies (ICT) for financial inclusion from FGV-SP (Brazil) and HEC-Montréal. This research was sponsored by the IDRC (International Development Research Center).
