@braddfordy what i am saying is the ZL1 is as fast around the nurburgring as the ford GT, the ZR1 absolutely obliterates it. Ford GT was awesome when it came out, but ford has been lagging behind in the cornering department. Ford makes great engines, they just need to start competing again with Chevy, Dodge, and Porsche in the supercar race. they can do it easily, they just need to do it. and modded comparisons dont count, all that counts is your wallet

@cds417 I've owned multiple Chevys and Ford, currently drive a Mustang. I LOVE everything ford is doing with the new Stangs, but it is highly unlikely that the new GT500 will Kill the ZR1. Th extra 30hp or so is insignificant when you consider the tremendous weight difference between a gt500 and a zr1. As much as I'd love to say this is a zr1 killer, I doubt it. ZO6, probably yeah, zr1 NO

Ford has really got there shit together, late 90s was bad it was the end of the suv craze which they spent all there R&D on but now there whole line up is beautiful

@JohnDPearson90 when a modded stock cubed zr1 can run a 266mph in the standing mile give me a call! the zr1 should beat a 05 fgt they had plenty of time to make a car!
