I have established a new Latvian national record in a static apnea on 13th of February at "Riga Freediving CUP 2010" (now NR is 5 minutes and 4 seconds).
I was coached by Yulia (my team member), video is taked by Vadim Straume. Judge Peter Boivie, Sweden (AIDA E category). I wish to thank all who helped me to make this record. The detailed information on results is on our webpage www.free-diving.lv
The couch touch him when he got up from the water. It should have been a red card instead.

@sejrbjoerke Look more attentively, the trainer didn't concern the sportsman during an exit from water, she has had time to clean in time a hand. Well and probably (Peter Boivie) it seemed to know better to the judge is better.

this can't be good for your brain
Hello7203 1 year ago
While heart works, the brain receives necessary quantity of oxygen, at a delay of breath oxygen level in blood naturally falls, but the brain all the same receives oxygen (let even in smaller doses).
Therefore anything cannot occur to my brain.
People for example live (and live till 100 years and more) in mountains where very low maintenance of oxygen.
You are more subject to brain diseases inhaling a city smog and working for the computer ;)
