I watched Star Trek on DVD last night, and every scene that's shown in this vid were recalled to memory when those scene came up. I couldn't help but chuckle inside when 1:46-1:57 and 1:58-2:08 were recalled to memory.
And I screamed out "Khan" wen the ship was mentioned.
Considering that the original trailer this was riffing was a total slice of awesome (out of an entire PIE of awesome), this was an incredibly funny parody. Great job, even watching it the fifth time. :)
Its mostly cheap puppeteering and the little stop motion is like two frames for one action. One millisecond his arm will be down the next it'll go straight up.
