Victoria Stillwell is a joke! All of you think Ceaser is so terrible but at least he saves dogs lives. Victoria recommended someone put their dog down just because it bit their child deeming it "unfixable." It should have just been placed in a home where it wouldnt be around children! And Ceasar could have rehabilitated it. I hate these trainers that think correctional method trainers are so horrible yet they would rather just play god and put the dog down rather than trying to work with it...

All I can say is...wow (my tail is tucked and my ears are back on this one). I use "balanced training methods". You have to do what works for the dog. I also have more sense and tact than to call an owner out like that and insult the owner/handler's methods THEN turn around and get bent out of shape when called out on it by another trainer. This is unacceptable behavior on their part. SO, lip lick, yawn, and shake off before walking away from that one. Sheesh! Cat fight much?

@dcooper111 I totally agree I saw the video where she told owners to kill a dog, there are literall hundreds of dangerous dog rehabilitation programs they could have tried but no she signed its death warrent then she says science and positive only, if you never tell a child or puppy off for doing something bad it will assume its okay to do so, both positive and negative in equal BALANCED measure is best and the science behind both camps is flimsy as hell.

The best part is at 1:03 when one of the dog owners covers up her dog's ears because of the two female trainers arguing and shouting at each other. That says it all right there, she doesn't want to hear the arguing but even doesn't want her dog to hear it either.

These two trainers (and in particular VS) are not being professional and respectful to each other nor are they doing the dog and their owners any benefit. Their actions are shameful for the profession.

There are so many holes in the so called science you can drive a transport truck right through. What a joke. It has turned into a belief system where dogs get medicated and killed on the false church altar.

@dcooper111 I agree with you, she is a joke. As I have stated before not one dog has made it to compete in top level obedience competitions that is "purely positive" trained. That alone speaks for itself. Most of the high ranking dogs were trained using a combination of positive reinforcement and positive punishment. Balanced trainers are the best, those who keep an open mind and understand that every dog needs to be trained differently, unlike these one trick ponies we see.
