can I plug my guitar into my amp, and then my amp to the micro br, so I can essentially use all the sounds and effects on my amp and then export those from my micro br to the comp?

@dreamtheater858 If you have a line level output on your amp, then yes, you can. If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to record your amp sound, then move those tracks to somewhere else. That's fine. Just be sure you use a line out. An effects send can be ok if it's line out level like going to a console. But NO SPEAKER OUTPUTS!
Keep in mind though that your amp sound without the speaker involved will sound very different. Maybe just use the MBR built in mic?

I would say that I wouldn't hook anything but a guitar up to the guitar input. If you did this at your own risk, you'd have to be very careful with the input level. Too hot a signal could severely damage the unit. This would probably void the warranty as it's not designed for that, and therefore not covered.
Probably a better idea would be to get the level of all things to be hooked up before the MICRO BR to line level, then use the Line level input of the MICRO BR.
Hope this helps.

can u make custom drum beats to play against?
TMINT118716 3 years ago
Hi,
On the MICRO BR there are about 300 different drum patterns of many genres at your disposal.
You can string different patterns together using the Arrange function, to create drum patterns with intros, verses, choruses, fills, and endings.
However, it is not possible to create custom drum beats. This would be the BR-600 and up.
Hope this helps.
