  • ARHG!!! I really wanted to hear the answer to the last question, but it seemed to be edited out. . . is it posted elsewhere?

  • The line at the end of the video is:

    "I don't know that you could ever persuade courts to enforce every one of these rights without any check or limit, and I wonder whether it's true that setting in writing that "these rights are subject to reasonable limits" makes a real difference in judicial behavior, won't they just do it anyway?"

  • Well, 5 federal parties isn't that different from Westminster itself, with 4 parties (the UKIP, the Liberal-Democrats, Labour and the Tories) having a strong chance of winning a significant number of seats in the next election.
