I do NOT know where or by who it was DRAWN, but I know the story and voices are American, speaking English, and not dubbed over. It is intended for mature audiences. In other words, slice of life.

In the Japanese, he said "this is...?" in a mature way, so un-Sonic like, before reverting back to his regular immature voice when he's about to play with his new toy. It was supposed to be a dramatic cinematic scene.

While in English, his voice represent what the players must be feeling.

Point of notice B)You don't use ANY punctuation. Point of notice C)Misuse of 'there' and 'their', 'offence' should be 'offense'. Though both offence and offense are accepted by the dictionary, offense is the more common way to write it. Is that enough? Because I could spend all day correcting these eyesores you call 'comments'.
