  • That's why a tightend is supposed to rip and swim on a defensive end.

  • I learned that a defensive end should be in a two point stance and be on the outside eye of the tight end.

  • @SuperQwert11 as long as you have good technique and start getting your strength and weight up through weightlifting and eating a lot, you should do well. My brother is almost your exact size and he does fine.
