-ANN'S POV

Hi :) I'm Li Yi Shuan. People call me Ann, though. I'm a student in Peterson High, an international school. My favorite subject is Science... and I have a lab partner named James, you could classify him as the "cool" type. As in, quiet but nice.

Sooo... I've been going insane this past 2 weeks because I've been receiving valentines from a person who signed it "Mystery Valentine". I admit it.. it's sweet. But tomorrow is valentines day, and it's a saturday.... I'm wondering what will happen... I've been having bad luck every valentines. It's either my current boyfriend will break up with me, or worse, be completely dateless.

I went towards my locker. There, I saw another valentine. It goes like this:

"Dear Beautiful Miss, I know you're wondering who I am. You're about to find tomorrow, valentines day, if you come... I'd be expecting you at Jimmy's resto, on the garden. There, you'll see a candlelit designed table, already prepared. Be there 7:00 pm :) Wear something nice! Love, Mystery Valentine"

At science, I went in early. But, James was already there. I totally have doubts of going... so, I decided to show him the letter.

Ann: *Hands him the letter.* Read that, please.
James: *Reads the letter and recognizes it* Now what?
Ann: Do you think i should go, and meet him?
James: Sure! Be careful, though.
Ann: Okay. Thanks. *Hugs him, and after a few seconds, let go's*

-Valentines Day.

I got ready for it. I wore a spaghetti strap green and pink dress, a cocktail one... I went on Jimmy's resto, at the garden, as he said. There, I saw a magical place, it's really beautiful. I saw a masked person, sitting on one of the chairs. I approached him...

Ann: Are you "Mystery Valentine"?
Valentine: Yes. Wow, I'm glad you came. Shall we dance?

We danced a for a few minutes. I was doubting about the accent. I know it's HIS accent.... I took off his mask, and saw James, my lab partner, the one I asked if I should go, dancing with me. Was this some kind of dream or what?

Ann: James?
James: Well, I guess I can stop pretending now... Yep. I'm your valentine.
Ann: Why do you have to pretend?
James: Well, I know you have had bad times every valentines, so I decided you should have a special one.
Ann: Does that mean you're only doing this because you pity me?
James: No! How could you say that? I'm only doing this because of one thing. One thing only. I love you.

That's when I knew, when his lips touched mine for the 1st time, that he says the truth.

So, ever since that, we became a couple. He's not just my lab partner, he's my love partner.
