Americans are dumb by choice, people are more interested in American Idol, the Kardashians, etc instead of idk paying attention to North Korean aggression and other problems circling the world am I saying all americans are dumb no there are smart and dumb people everywhere. Plus our education system is different than most countries the subjects i heard that are taught in europe in highschool americans won't take that class til college. As for Americans being "born dumb", the statement has no actual bearing, since America is comprised of German, Dutch, French, British, Native American, etc... so it's a melting pot of every nation- America represents the united genetics of the entire world, so if what you say about America is true, then we are nothing more than a visual representation of the entire planet.
