@whiteboardvlogs Yeah, that is what I meant, even when you are over leveled, if not properly prepared, Yunalesca can make short work of you, Evrae on the other hand can be difficult, but to me, he is nowhere near as difficult as Yunalesca is. In fact in my current playthrough of this, I made short work of him.

It is personal preference.

@DivaFan319 i take it by that you mean to say yunalesca was tougher? well in all respects its about tactics correct? if you fight them right, or overlevel your characters ( rather popular method...) any boss could been seen as easy or difficult. well that was a lot of words to say its personal preference...

This boss was too easy for me... Just used Lulu, Rikku, and Wakka the whole time.

@mizkex yeah! right after i defeated Evrae, i got killed by those midget monks! you could imagine how happy i was after that. D:

my party consisted of Tidus and Yuna and Lulu for the first half of the game and the second half was Rikku instead of lulu and when yuna was taken away i was stuck with Tidus Lulu and Rikku you know how hard that is when lulu became so weak

First time i beat this boss, i spent about 30 turns using aim, faith, cheer and reflex as well as moving away repeatedly, took her down in about 8 hits, possibly the toughest story boss in the game

or.. keep rikku in your party cause you should've acquired about 50 al-bhed potions and it heals 1000 hp, petrification, poison, and some other thing that evrae does to you as a status problem. your guide is garbage. lol.
