The "Moonwalk" that at the time was supposedly new and invented by Jackson had already been around for a full decade. Inner city kids were popping, locking and moon-walking long before Jackson did Motown 25. What Jackson did was copy the move and then bring it into the living rooms of middle class American. Jackson was a master of self promotion, hype and media blitz. but as a musician he was merely mediocre. Jackson only wrote 3 of the 9 songs on his best selling album Thriller

I advise and suggest everyone in here to watch VH1 Famous Crime Scene of Michael because even little details not exposed in the media were there, plus it's the main people behind the scenes who give the exact accounts. =) I tell you it's mind blowing and you'll get goosebumps!
