Jarrah White wants us to believe that the LRO images of the Apollo landing sites are just randomly selected images of lunar terrain with rocks and boulders misidentified. How do the new photos compare to 38 year old NASA documentation of the landing sites? Do they reveal a level of detail that NASA could have only had because humans visited the sites?

This early LRO image of the Apollo 11 landing site shows the limits of its visual resolution, which is 1.4 meters per pixel. On September 15, 2009, LRO entered its final mapping orbit, which has an altitude of 31 miles. From this lower altitude the same camera now has a visual resolution ot 0.5 meters per pixel. The next image of this landing site will have three times the detail seen in the image presented here.

If you're interested in the claims that the Apollo Moon landings were all faked and would like to consider the other side of that debate, I've posted the results of extensive research into the claims of Moon Hoax claims at the following site:

  • @1:26 The fact that the light source and shadow of the LM is 180 degrees off . The resolution isnt the problem . This photo is a fraud.

That doesnt matter to the "believers" lmao...

  • @joecanukk As per your "The fact that the light source and shadow of the LM is 180 degrees off . The resolution isnt the problem" The shadow of the LEM is cast in the opposite direction of the crater shadows because the LEM rises above the lunar surface, while the craters are holes IN the lunar surface. You understand that, right?

  • So when LRO will reach the moon and take better pictures?! any estimated time? eh.

  • Great news! On September 15, 2009, LRO entered its final Mapping Orbit. It is now at an altitude of about 31 miles where its camera will have a visual resolution of 0.5 meters per pixel, which is three times more detail than seen in the image in this video. We will soon see significantly clearer images of the landing sites.

  • @scottson3 How big do you calculate that light bulb to have been to be the light source for the entire landscape? How far away was it? I'm guessing somewhere in the neighborhood of 90 million miles.

  • NASA is fake NASA is fake blah blah blah.

Have any of these idiots got anything intelligent to say after they have had their daily dose of a hoaxie website?

  • The photos, and everything else from Nasa is a lie.

  • The pictures in this video are the first taken from LRO. Then LRO took other pictures with better resolution (50cm/pixel). Search the "Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera" (LROC) web site, the titles of the last Apollo pages are: "New View of Apollo 14", "Apollo 16, Footsteps Under High Sun", The Apollo 15 Lunar Laser Ranging Retroreflector", "High Noon at Tranquility Base", "Apollo 12 Second Look".

  • cool imgs thx

    watch?v=bwsvAw1somA

  • Ah yes I see it clearly. Did nobody else notice the empty beer cans and cigarette ends on the floor next to all the footprints?

  • LRO was finally what convinced me the Moon Landings were all a Hoax.

  • This vid and so called proof is retarded bs! later
