I don't advise going down your favorite highway not paying attention to the road, I never did it on purpose, it was simply something that happened, and I recognized it.

The next logical step is to take it as far as you can go, to come up with ways this can be useful.

You can test this theory with anything, for instance, I have been able to drive down a old curvy yet well known highway, and have 'zoned out' thinking AND visualizing something that has happened, or something I would like to happen, totally immersed in this 'movie' playing in my mind, then after a short time I snap out of it and realize, that I have completed several curves of the highway, without ever seeing it. Take my word for it... this is real.

I understand the difficulty explaining what it is really like to be in 'the zone'. Whatever it is, it's a real phenomenon.... I for a long time, have known that you can literally become... perfect... at whatever it is your doing, when you simply allow your mind to relax and do what it already knows how to do.

which is why these phenomenon are based in the unconscious and NOT the conscious. Human existence and intention can affect reality, but only if unconscious cooperation is present.
