I am on the search for more information regarding sexual transmutation!!

I have been informed that their are certain techniques that need to be practiced in order to properly transmute the sexual energies! I have also been informed that these energies DO NOT move up the spine by themselves!!!

can someone please help!!?

@SubconsciousDweller Transmuting the energies means to not indulge them or come up with some sham "spiritual sex" scam, but rather to raise those energies into the energies of the heart, to give love to all people, not self-indulgent "love." To really learn this is to do an entire spiritual path, learning to move ALL the life force into higher consciousness. You need a teacher and spiritual community for that, not just a book or technique.

@lukehard242 We need to learn to move beyond the lower three chakras and begin to move from our heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras. Beginning with the heart one is a good place to start, letting impersonal love move through us to others, giving generously whenever we have the opportunity. Then learning to speak truth and be honest and good to our word. All those would be good throat chakra expressions.

@lukehard242 The crown chakra is where we connect with the spiritual world. This is far beyond what the vast majority of people are ready for. But yes, in meditation you can open up and get a sense of the vastness of that world. But be careful, there are not only forces of Light there but also of darkness. Don't just let anyone in who comes your way. Better to stick with Jesus and Mary, where you know for sure they are of the Light.
