@haunter600 Yeah, I was more drawn to Berserk when it was Guts vs. evil side of man, its getting to the point where there's too much monsters, wizards, magical armour & the porn, its becoming too airy-fairy for my taste. Kentaro Miura can write some really good Berserk stories, after the Eclipse its around 50% garbage, but its the other 50% which keeps me coming back. Some of the battle scenes with monsters is overkill, its becoming as dodgy as DragonBall.

@1813737 You make it sound worse than it is. **SPOILER** There's like 3 encounters with griffith afterwards, skull knight gives more information about a choice guts must make, guts gets a behelit, etc.

Yeah, afterwards the story isn't as relevant to the entire scheme of things but it's not as bad as you say.

I've read all the manga's available, what you saw in the anime (Volumes 1-14) is the cream of the crop. After Casca gets raped she becomes a retard that needs to be treated like a child ugh!! Guts goes on more adventures with tinkerbell, a stupid 12yo clown, a witch & some religious/pagan girl & there's way too much comic-relief. Joking around all the time & often the characters are drawn in perverted positions/clothing. Kentaro Miura seems to have dried up on ideas, the story's getting worse.

i just dont understand y they stopped at ep 25 when its in the middle of everything. none the less i thought this was going to b better from ep 1, but instead it does a 180 but still y leave it so unfinished :(
