This was a segment filmed at Butler, Missouri, during the spring of 1986, by local ABC affiliate Channel 9. This segment coincided with the showing of the TV Miniseries North and South. Each night N&S aired, the local reporter discussed the Civil War as it happened in the Kansas/Missouri region. Here you see two interviews, some camp activity, and a skirmish.

  • Common guys, comment on this class-A video!

The reenactors ARE doing their own stunts.

Look for NCO who just came out of crapper during interview with Don Strother. He can be seen adjusting his coat after a rough and tumble ride in a shaken, not stirred porta-poty.
