Epic fail....everyone who has commented on my now very old post has completely missed my point....blindly follow this guy if u want I don't care. He can't cure type 1 diabetes , all other health benefits are incidental to the fact his recommendation include varied dietary intake, which "horrible real non working science" also reccomends! U people are dumb for uncritically following him, if your ever diagnosed with cancer, skip the chemo or surgery and eat loads of alkaline foods....dumbasses
