3 large clams (steamed, strain and save broth)
Oil
Garlic
4 Tblsp Doenjang
1 Chili Pepper
4 mussels
1 hand full of spinach
1 Green onion
6 shrimp
2 oz Tofu

  • no garlic? and you can spice it up with hot pepper flakes

  • @joisfantastic Sometimes I put garlic and or pepper flakes but never to much. It all depends upon my mood that day.

  • @joisfantastic also don't forget to put in some sliced up jalapeno pepper....just a few slices.

  • @golfmaniac007 Yes a few slices of pepper can be really nice for some back heat. They also look nice on top.

  • oil? my mom never did it with oil. she is full korean too she just lets everything spoil together but never ever used clams because my brother is allergic to it. she use water instead. this is a weird video for me.
