Colette is Iowa Level 8 State Gymnastics Champion

Colette from Twisters Gymnastics, Hiawatha, Iowa, became the state champion for Level 8 Senior class at the 2011 Iowa Optionals State Championship Gymnastics Meet on March 26th, 2011, hosted by Iowa Gym Nest in Coralville, Iowa. Her 36.800 All-Around was a full point ahead of the 2nd place finisher, placing 1st in all skills except for floor. She joins three Chow's gymnasts, on the Iowa Level 8 Super Team which will compete at the USA Gymnastics Region IV (4) Championships at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, Iowa from April 15-16, 2011.

Region 4 consists of the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Iowa is proud to have Chow's Gymnastics, founded by Liang Chow, coach of US Gold Medalist Shawn Johnson and head coach of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Silver Medal Team.
