In this final installment from Kentucky Music Week, there's lots of mountain dulcimer with a look around the camp, a ride on a train and a performance by Tull Glazener.
Someone just sent me this YouTube link. Thanks, Bing, for including that segment on your video. And thanks to everyone for your kind words. Phil is right, though, I need to learn to "smile" more when I'm playing ... especially when playing "SMILE"! ;-)
Nicely done Bing! I am always so glad we have Tull around these Indiana parts. What isn't captured in this serious looking performance is what a truly funny guy he is.
What fun! I don't think I've ever seen more than one washtub bass at a time before. And Whiskey Before Breakfast is the perfect background to a train chugging along. Of course, Tull's ability to arrange complex melodies for the dulcimer continues to impress.
Thanks for putting it all together for those of us too far from Kentucky to attend.
