how do you get your hair kind of like a wavy/ beachy at the ends? please help!

I just have to ask, anyone who has done this. Do you blech you hair with the blond coulor? Cuz in my country blech is kind of like sand? So..

@LadyAmesox if u only want to do ur ends brown then yes, but it wont be a gradual colour.
