Discharging Myself From Hospital

It's the anniversary of my wonderful friend Louise's suicide. I feel like the acute psych ward doesn't help at all - it probably just makes things worse.
I discharged myself before they could start threatening to section me. I'm now at home, back to my 'old ways'.

*I know my nose looks like a horse's nose - please don't leave comments telling me this*

You can get a hold on this. But not by our own strength. Seek out Jehovah's Witnesses and study the Bible. They will be a true support to you and help you see the that the way to having a love for yourself is by being the kind of person that Jehovah God sees as beautiful. Study the bible and see that the future is truely bright for those who will only seek to know God's will and purposes and live for him.

Hun....I am so sorry about you losing your friend Louise. I am certain that she is watching over you. I haven't seen many of your videos yet, but do you have a therapist that you can talk to? If not, is there any way that you can get one? I really do feel from watching some of your vlogs that you need to find "that right therapist". You know.... The one that "fits for you". Please take care and stay strong.
