O. As 8 years have passed since the 21st century started, the stream of times whose key words are IT Revolution and Globalization began to be transformed. The world is facing a challenge which must control the gloomy clouds like a soaring price of the resources stemming from the money game of capitalism.
O. The human resources who-prop sound capitalism up are required and now is not the time when the companies which are doing an internationally activity grow the talented people who are only skilled at financial technology like MBA.
In the current century, escaping from the excessive expectation and dependency on the American-styled capitalism, a closer exchange and linkage in corporate management will be required in the Asia-Pacific region.
