it is a very pecular feeling when one first experiences it...the realization that almost all "standardized"', institutionalized, "official" history is complete make-believe on nearly every historical subject. unlike the sciences and mathematics, the more accepted and promoted any historical view, the more you can be sure that interest and money has been expended to make it so....ensuring that the more commonplace views are nearly always the most flawed or fabricated, for a purpose.

David Irving is certainly "entertaining". Hitchens said" We should actively extend the first amendment to protect those with views we may disagree with". I totally believe in free speech and want to hear the views of those I disagee with! I dont want some lobby or government deciding whats "good for me". Surely this is the only way that we can progress!
