  • I LOVE that Mr. Malle comments on the celebrity/marketing/hype thing for these turn-them-out and cheap make-a-buck celebrity scents that glut department stores and end up in discount bins!

True craftsman(woman)ship with Editions de Parfums!

  • This is truly an amazing line. Something to be treasured. Thank you for posting this video.

  • @laurenoliver23 you must be smelling some pretty linear scents

  • Je vous aime, M. Malle!

  • very expensive

  • It's really true, most fragrances smell the exact same.

  • This is who everyone should know if they love fragrance! Genius idea love how he gets all the popular perfumer around the world to make what they think is a piece of ART!

  • Quelle classe...

  • @GuitarHeroPatriarch I'm answering a bit late. New York show all shades from bergamotte-lavender to an orange amber drydown. By Nicolaï, many are classy, though few give heartcrush. There are good masculine ("carré d'as" lavender, "vetyver", the new "patchouly homme"), they are good but not so distinctive. Trust your taste and buy what you like, it's the best to do. Their price are good, and they offer a 30ml bottle range.

If you dare, "Le temps d'une fête" is beautiful on fabric, it's unisex.

  • @MignonMe

Some celebs are involved in the creation of their fragrances and actually wear them themselves. However, they are not the ones actually creating it, they just are supervising the design process, I guess you could say.

  • Frederic Malle pour President! At least he's actually French.

  • Very unique insights into the fragrance industry, I would consider this a must watch for someone who has graduated from Fragrance 101, and is ready to learn more.
